Meet Adam Harrison
Royal Marine discipline,
applied to building work
Adam started a bricklaying apprenticeship at sixteen and joined the military at nineteen. The habits the Marines drilled into him (turn up, plan properly, finish what you start) are the same habits that now run every site.
After being discharged he bought a digger, went back into the trade, and set up on his own in 2020. Since then the business has grown steadily into a close-knit team of five. Adam is a qualified bricklayer by trade with roughly twenty years standing, and has built his own house from the ground up, with a little help from a carpenter.
He is on the tools and project-manages every job personally, from the first estimate to the final item on the snagging list.
